This workshop helps team members get to know each other on a deeper level, better understand individual differences, and build stronger foundations for trust, communication and collaboration.
Build a better understanding of others — both within the team and more broadly. Expand the perception of what is considered “normal”. Better understand different personalities, motivations and behavioral patterns. Increase trust, empathy and connection among team members. Improve communication and collaboration — greater awareness and consideration of others, better visibility into potential areas of tension (past, present and future), and an increased ability to engage in difficult but necessary conversations. Improve individual self-awareness and create an enjoyable shared experience for the team.
In-person workshop designed for teams whose members work together regularly. Maximum of 10 participants. 1-day workshop, ideally followed by an informal dinner or social activity together.
Introduction to the DISC personality framework. Understanding different personality and communication styles. Practical application of DISC within the team.
